Drift & Direction
The first Unwritten collection.
Drift & Direction began with curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
There was no finished design in mind. I began by dyeing paper, allowing colors to move, blend, and settle in unexpected ways. Each discovery suggested what might come next. The paper led to the covers, the covers to the binding, and slowly, ten individual books emerged.
The name Drift & Direction came from the process itself. I learned to begin with a direction, allow myself to drift, and trust that the next step would reveal itself.
Each book is different, but all ten share the same beginnings. They were created to be written in, used, and made meaningful by the person who chooses them.
